About me
Prior to becoming a counsellor and psychotherapist I worked in the private and public sectors, and I hold an MSc from Cass Business School - City of London. One of my key interests throughout this period was the issue of how organisations achieve change, particularly the psychology of change and how people adapt (or don't, possibly!) to the constantly shifting challenges and pressures facing modern organisations.

Later I developed my clinical training: I hold an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and an MSc in Psychology. I trained and worked with Relate (the Relationship People) and became a Senior Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.

My experience of recruiting, managing and developing teams led to an interest and training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and I became a Certified Practitioner. I am also a Mindfulness Practitioner, and when appropriate I integrate NLP and Mindfulness into my practice. People often find the NLP coaching and Mindfulness techniques useful when developing strategies to help them move forward beyond therapy.

I bring 20 years’ experience to my work with individuals and couples who are experiencing complex and difficult times in their lives or relationships. If you think I can help you then please call or email
